DGiCo's broad and in-depth expertise fully embraces both the private
and the public sectors.
As such, we are uniquely able to bring to our clients and projects an
appropriate mix of skills and experience, allowing us to act as a bridge
between companies and governments in respect of joint ventures and private/public
sector partnerships, notably in respect of asset valuations, negotiating
government disinvestments and leases, hotel and tourism asset privatisations/disposals,
facilitating market entry and the development process, and formulating
efficient frameworks for project financing.
Privatisations represent a logical corollary to our public and private sector projects and we are always keen to work with local partner companies in such endeavours. Our experience has included the valuation and disposal of state land and hotels as well preparing the mechanisms and organisational structures for their sale. We are experienced in the formation of parastatal development corporations, investment and land bank institutions and in other such vehicles which facilitate efficient privatisation and/or disinvestment strategies.
