DGiCo has pioneered concepts of eco and sustainable tourism. We have, historically, integrated into proposed policies and strategies, concepts for responsible tourism development. Most recently, we have 'hands-on' experience in eco tourism development initiatives in Africa, on UNDP and WTO related projects.
We have extensive experience in ‘conservation through culturally and environmentally sensitive development’, having undertaken numerous projects in sensitive areas such as national parks and reserves, advising on eco tourism policy, local participation, strategies and eco-resort development.
